I'm interested in this too...except mine is a 4.6 V8.

I like the thought of swapping in a 331 or 347, or even a 351/408. Any of these would provide a lot more low end torque and be able to get above 300 RWHP easer that the 4.6L. Surely someone has done this...but I can't find any information on it...also checking stangnet, allfordmustangs, etc.

I am interested in this swap also. I currently own a 94 GT with a 351w and have thought about the idea of getting a 99-04 Mustang, either v6 or v8 drop my motor in it. I am aware that it is more work than just dropping the motor in. I do have some questions though and maybe others interested in this have also had these questions.

If I go with a 94-95 harness, can I still use the ABS that is currently on the car? Can I use the air bags that are currently installed? Can I use the brake system that the v8's have since it is different then 94-95?
