5-20 weight oil.....who sells it????
My cobra is due for its first oil change since I bought it and the oil cap says to put 5-20W oil. I looked at Wal-mart, O'reillys, autozone, etc...and noone had it.
The ford dealership told me that they use 5-30W.

5W-20.....
Hey Dark......5W-20 is OK...5W-30 OK..some change viscosity with inclimate weather......That's all up to you...
I am not a big fan of Exxon/Mobile, but... http://www.mobil1.com/index.jsp Any Exxon or Mobile gas station should have it... Oh and my personal favorite..Chevron carries it as well... http://www.chevron.com/prodserv/nafl...motoroils.shtm ~Have fun......Jenn~ |

I use 0w30 Mobile 1, myself. Mobile 1's web page has 0w30 listed for the Cobra but not the GT?? This will be oil change 7 on the 02 so I've ran it for 18,000 not so easy occassionally bumping into the rev-limiter miles and no problems yet.
Hmmm...come to think of it, the oil could be part of that whopping 6 hp over stock I've gained along with a t-body and mufflers.

I can't believe the dealership says they would not use what the filler cap says.
I recommend doing what it says - 5W-20 Another AutoZone should have it - keep trying auto parts stores. I know Pennzoil, Valvoline, and Castrol make it
