Default Upgrades without hurting the warranty

Anyone have any opinions on some good upgrades for a 2002 mustang GT that will not hurt the warranty....i push the car pretty hard, and pretty often so its prob a good idea to keep it under warranty.

Cosmetic and Engine Enhancements are both welcome, so far all i have is a custom tint job, and a K&N intake.

I think all of the following are ok.

Short shifter,
Cat-back exhaust.
Headers,
X-Pipe or H-pipe with cats,
Cold air intake,
Mass air flow sensor,
Chip,
Throttle body.

That's all I know. I would think all of those would be ok. Anyone else want to chime in? Thanks.

Thanks,
DoranW

I believe by law, Ford cannot refuse service unless they can PROVE said modification made part "X" break, in the real world, it all depends on the dealer....

I've seen some dealers refuse warranty work on the basis of a 3.73 gear install or an X\H pipe. While some are pretty willing to work with you.

In my experience, if you change anything on the car, expect to have problems getting warranty work done. It's par for the course I'm afraid...

I think that other than the catback and a K&N, if you don't want any problems with your warranty then do things that they will not notice or that are easily reversible.
