Default Ratio Adapter

Hi guys… I need some idea about this “ Abbott Electronic Ratio Adapter “ the previous owner of my car he gave my this Adapter to install it because it will fix the speedometer reading, note my car is GT 2000 and the ratio is 3:55. Any help or idea if I can go for it or order something else to fix this problem.

It looks like the unit sold by Dallas Mustang. Look at there site and get an idea of how to install. Sorry but that is my only idea.

P.S. - how is the weather in Bahrain? Is that where you really are located?
