99 heads?

hey, can anybody here give a run down, as to what all it takes to install 99 heads on a 98 gt,parts needed? tough procedures?,total cost to do it right?is it as reliable as a 99 would be?

go to the corral.net and do a search in there archives, it has alot of info on the subject. you'll be able to get all the part #'s. it usually costs around $1200 for everything. it is just as reliable as a 99 car. the only difference is your compression will be a little more than 10-1. it's definately worth the money. I have the same amount invested in my exhaust as it costs for the heads http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif

thanks for the info, i will deffinantly check it out, also i was wondering, if the performance would be the same as the 99's?or at least pretty close?

If the compression is raised to a bit of 10:1 then I would expect that it would actually perform better then a 99+ GT. (?)
