Question 99+ Hitch

Anyone have a hitch on thier 99-up mustang? I'm thinking about putting one on my 2004 this weekend and wanted to know it anything had to be cut (plastic and what not) to install. Also, where do you have the electric lines run from. I had them running out of the trunk on my 89. Thanks!
