Alarm/Remote starter problem

I have the Ford Gold Remote Starter and alarm installed on my car.
Does anyone know how to reset it? The remote starter isnt working and I get a different sounding chirp when I lock the doors now. Also, the red LED light blinks twice avery few second while driving (which it never did)

Any suggestions?
