Has anyone had any experience with this intake?
I was looking in my Jegs catalog today and seen an upper intake called the "Comp Powerbox". It bolts directly to the stock lower intake and they proclaim its good for 20HP on a stock 5.0 and its 20 pounds lighter. Has anyone heard of, or have any knowledge on whether or not this intake is worth a damn? It lists for 309.99 in jegs by the way. Also, which intake is better Trick Flow Track Heat, or the GT40 intake? thanks

dont waste your money.. i had one.. no gain.
as far as the other intakes u listed.. i like the track heat better.. but the gt40 is plenty for most ppl. try and find a used explorer intake.. they are the best bang for the buck!

Yeah, for a N/A combo that box upper isnt going to do much. You will see more RWHP, but it will kill torque. You would see a gain with this intake if you had a centrifugal supercharger though.

Look for anything used. My friend bought a ported stock upper for $80 and it picked up his car 4 tenths
