Default Head Swap

I want to swap my 96 stock heads for a pair of heads off a 2000 mustang GT. They are the PI heads as i understand it. How much h/p would i gain by swaping out my old heads for these?

Don't forget the 99+ camshafts to go with the heads and intake.
