best gears

what are the best gears for a daily driven street stang. I have been over 140 mph stock in 4th gear. I wont to gear it enough to pull over 140 in 5th gear.

It sounds like your wanting top speed...which you most likely dont need for the street. The best gears for a 5-speed car are going to be 3.73's.

with 3.73's will a stock 97 GT pull high gear on top end
