Can anyone help?

I Have a 2000GT and I wanted to add some upper and lower control arm as I hear they help alot w/ launch. I was wondering if someone could explain the difference between the two and which brand I should get.
Also I just added a set of BBK lowering springs to the car...does this mean I need to get adjustable arm?

Any help would be great.

Thanks everyone,
GerryGT

Control arms will not add alot to your launch, they only help more power get to the ground by eliminating loss through the stock rubber bushings and weak stamped control arms from the factory. Ultimately for better traction you need better tires. Depending on what direction you want to go with the car springs and struts/shocks can aid in weight transfer which will help with traction as well but it's give and take. A softer suspension that transfers weight will not handle as well as stock.
