Clunking & Clanging noises from drivetrain and Clutch ?

I have a question, Has anyone with a 02 or newer ever had a problem with a clunking and clanging noise form there drive train. My car ha been making this noise for about 8 months. It is at the garage right now and they told me that they can verify what i am saying and thought it was coming from the clutch. Then they told me it has a hydrolyic instead of a cable. I haven't look a my car that close yet but i thought it was a cable. So told me they couldn't figure it out and then said that if i jumped into a new 03 Gt it does the same thing. Plus the clutch is wanting to shake when you take off, they also said they could not feel that. I feel i am getting screwed.

the shaking sounds like clutch slippage and the clunk is probably coming from the rear gears bad lash try letting off the gas in 5th gear while driving if you hear a clunk it a lash problem or a bad yoke or u joint

Ya it does make a clunk in 5th gear. it has been getting worse. i haven't looked at because i figured it is under warranty so they can fix it. I do know that the clutch is going bad i have driven cars with the same problem and had to replace the clutch very shortly after.
