Spec flywheel, clutch, and FR driveshaft
Well, my stock clutch finally started slipping after 56k hard miles, so I just put a Spec stage II clutch with lightened pressure plate, aluminum flywheel, and Ford Racing aluminum driveshaft on the car. Pedal effort is slightly heavier than stock and the clutch starts to grab with the pedal close to the floor now instead of halfway out. The difference is very noticeable, not just from a shifting standpoint but even during acceleration with the clutch all the way out it winds up quicker now. In 2nd gear I can be driving along at 3-4k rpms and if I roll into the throttle too fast it breaks 'em loose. That never used to happen in 2nd, only 1st. It also rev matches beautifully now.
No problems with the throwout bearing, chatter, or pedal vibration either.

nice setup, my dad did the same with his car (ram clutch, I think). I like the stiffer clutch, but for a daily driver your calf gets one hell of a work-out.
