![]() I am having an ongoing issue with my CAI. As a Saleen, the Roots style blower pushes the throttle body out at an angle. After purchase of a GT MAC CAI, I had to cut the hell out of the pipe as seen in the picture.
http://www.2bones.com/modules.php?se...view_photo.php At the top, I have a lot of slippage, and from time to time the engine will have a vacuum leak due to the connection being less than the angle necessary to correctly attach to the Throttle Body. Does anyone have any suggestions on the replacement of this pipe? I have heard that a new Pro M MAM would replace this part, and be a nice upgrade, but hoping for some cheaper, quicker alternatives. TIA
