Default densecharger ??????

Whats with this densecharger that I have been reading about ?

IS there any guys/girls out there that have a 96 to 98 stang gt that have on of these ? and if so what kind of gains did you get ?

Is this desecharger like a cold air kit ?

Looks like it is made out of pvc pipes from home depot , is it ??

The problem with the MAC is that it's metal which induces heat soak more than plastic. So it will pretty much counteract any benefits of pulling cooler air. I ran one on my car a while back and lost a consistent tenth in the 1/4. I'm going to be testing out a densecharger on my car shortly to see if it gives any RT improvements. The idea behind it is that you can adjust the position of the filter in the fenderwell and have plastic tubeing that will not absorb heat like metal.
