Does anyone have thier CAI instructions?

Its a simple install I know, but I would still like to see them. I just bought a kit like the MAC one but it came without instructions. Could someone PLEASE post them or e mail them to me at jopjalopi@aol.com Thank you VERY much.

Thanks. I went to BBK online but their online instructions suck. Im sure I have it figured out. I just want to make sure I do everthing correct with the maf.
