E-brake boot
I noticed that the 01 Stangs have a different e-brake boot/seal than the previous models. I can't remember what the 99's and 00's are like, but the 01's have like a soft vinyl or something(could be padded as well). Does anyone know if this boot will retrofit on a 96 console? The stock rubber seals are pretty crappy and like to bend and break. I've noticed this on a lot of Stangs so I know it's not just mine. I'm not looking at the new console right now so I can't remember how similar they are. I hope this makes sense and if someone knows if the new seal will fit , any info would be greatly appreciated.
