I have a 98gt aode. While I was sitting in the parking lot, alot of my friends asked me to rev up the engine. So I agreed and reved it to 3500. While everyone started yelling for more I noticed when I hit the gas I would here a click noise. Like some thing was turning off and on. I had the radio off but a/c on low. What was the clicking, Sounded like it was in the glove box.

I'm certain it's your A/C clutch. When the computer sense the driver requires sudden power increases, the clutch disengages - you'll also notice this when driving up hill etc..
