Default fuel filter

Help! My car is sitting in a parking lot. I have a 98 /3.8L that needs a new fuel filter. Is this something I can do myself or should I take it in? My boyfriend and I replaced the alternator last night but it still won't turn over. My battery is fine. Any advice would be more than appreciated!

Default Re: fuel filter

Not sure how the lil brother cars are for the filter, but it's easy on the 5.0's, one hose clamp and unsnap the fuel lines. If it's not turning over, is it making noise when trying? Even though the battery may be fine, are the connections?
