Anyone running glasspacks on their stang? How do they sound? I'm referring to those cherry bomb straight thru design ones (the red ones). Thanks!

Aren't they basically the same thing as a straight thru muffler like the Dynomax Race Magnum (think that's the name)? People seem to think that they sound pretty sweet. Wouldn't this sound similar for a fraction of the price?

I just chopped my exhaust off after the factory h-pipe and welded on turdowns. Sounds really good and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Glasspacks sound OK if you turn them around backwards. This keeps them from popping like an old farm truck...

Well I went to the muffler shop the other day and got my Dynomax Super Turbos swapped out. The glasspacks were too long and wouldn't fit, so the muffler shop put these things on that look like (Cherry bombs, but there not). It's about 15" long and straight thru and it has some resonators inside it. I already had a MAC cat H-pipe on the car. Now it sounds awesome! It's loud and deep. It even has a pulsey idle. I can't get over the sound!
