Default Gutted factory H-pipe?????

Putting a flowmaster cat-back kit on Stang tommorrow, has anyone ever gutted a factory H-pipe?? Want to keep it looking factory until warranty is up.
Do you think I will have any problems with the MIL codes like some do with off road pipes not having the guts of the convertors inside???

Yea, your gonna get MIL codes. Just buy a off-road H-pipe and weld the heat shields on it.
