i'm sure it's been here before, but which headers to you recoment, long tube or shorties?

From what I've read, long tubes are definitely the way to go on a 4-cam mod motor. Headers are a pain to put in the newer cars, and the shorties are hardly worth it. If I remember right, shorties only give about 5-8hp, while long tubes gain you about twice that much.
