help with o2 sensor code??

I just recently installed bbk long tube headers on my 02 gt and am getting an o2 code but not from the rear sensors. The front two sensors are giving a slow read. Anyone have an idea on the cause or a fix.

you are going to have to get the car tuned(have a chip burned)

cause the long tubes move the 02s sensors down into the collector cause the not to heat up fast enough so they are going to cause the car to run rich

Someone was trying to tell me it could have been pinched wires, but I couldn't find any. I talked to bbk and the have never heard of a car having this problem do you think that is my only fix.

I would check a few other things as well

1 make sure there is no header leaks
2 make sure there is a good conection on the wiring

and how many miles are on you 02 sensors

maybe one is going bad

but from what I know long tubes almost always cause the motor to run rich and need a tune in the mod motors

I know a lot of people have had problems with the 02s heating up because of the moved sensor and had to get a tune to fix it but im not sure which brand they using and if that would make a diff.

Great advise, I will check for any leaks. But for the wire connections, I find it hard to beleave only because that the code is reading on both banks. Now for having the car tuned... is that the way to go or should i burn a chip.
