Low Coolant Light

About 2 years ago my Low Coolant Light was constanly on and I was adding coolant about every two days. It turns out it was my water pump. I replaced it and also replaced my radiator with the Motorsport Heavy Duty one. A few days ago I was checking my fluids and I added some coolant. Once again my Low Coolant Light went on. I don't seem to be losing any coolant anywhere. It's strange because the light wasn't on until I added the coolant.

Clean off the 2 sensor prongs. They are probably coated with junk.

Dude, worst case could be that your head gasket is leaking coolant into your cylinder(s). I had the same problem with mine and had to get a new engine. I was also consistently adding coolant, but never thinked to check my oil for bubbles http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/frown.gif. Check that and also check your radiator for bubbles when you first start the car. That will tell you if your leaking coolant into your engine.

Thanks for the replies! I'll check my sensor tomorrow. I just thought it was strange that I didn't see the light until I added some coolant.
