Dude, worst case could be that your head gasket is leaking coolant into your cylinder(s). I had the same problem with mine and had to get a new engine. I was also consistently adding coolant, but never thinked to check my oil for bubbles . Check that and also check your radiator for bubbles when you first start the car. That will tell you if your leaking coolant into your engine.
