Default Pullys

when i bought my car the owner said it had ford racing pullys on it but after looking at some stock engines they look the same is there a way to tell if they are ford under drive pullys if not i need to buy some quick and does anybody have pics of the original pulleys from a 98 gt

If you have a car with stock pullies to compare with, you can just compare the diameters. For underdrives, crank pulley should be smaller and the other two pullies should be larger than stock.

I think I might still have my stock 1998 pulleys laying around somewhere... I will look when I get home. If I find them I will snapshot them and give you the measurements, and load the pics to my webserver at the house..

damn that good i gues i have the underdrive pulleys because mine are smaller on the crank nad it is a piggyback system either way i have to buy a new crank pulley so i can get the steeda timing adjuster

I take it you got the info you were after... Sorry to hear about it being one of those types, I like the kind that are combined damper/pulley. I would recommend that you get the Steeda Underdrives, they are about the only ones that will work with their TA system, and I don't know that they sell the pulleys indiviually or not. I think Steeda lists all the pulleys that are compatible with their TA system. If you don't need the info anymore, I will take down the page, as I have no need for it anymore.
