How much punishment can it take?
Ok, I have the 4R70W auto. I have to have it due to foot problems, can't push a clutch for long no matter how soft it is:( . I have had my powerdyne installed for a few months and everything is fine, I don't overdue it with the power ( 350 Hp I'm guessing ) much and the trannie feels fine. The question is: how long will the auto hold up and what aftermarket auto would be best to replace the stock unit? I have an Art Carr shift kit in and it works great! They say the stock units are pretty stout and unles I'm racing it should last awhile, depending on my driving habits. Any ideas?
