HP question
I have a quick question. I have a '96 Saleen S281 and it's not running quick (210-215 HP) and it should be running around 240-250 HP. My question is this: (The car is from california) Could my car lack HP because of california emissions in the computer? And, if I 'flash' the computer, could I pick up a couple of HPs? Please let me know. Thanx
