flowmaster 1 or 2 chambers?
Hi guys.. I am getting ready to have my 302 bored out to a 306. I am looking at trickflow heads with 2.02 valves. I have a Comp Cams Magnum 280H cam. And when I get this bad boy done I want it to sound lound!
I really havnt herd anything on Flowmaster 1 chambers.. I have herd many stangs with 2 chambers on them, But I was wondering if any of you know if they are really loud and what You guys think of them.. thanks. keep taring up those slomaros |

If you plan on streeting it, I would go with the 2's. They really sound great with headers and a high flow x or h pipe. I am running them now with JBA 1 5/8 headers and Bassani x and am very pleased with the rumble.

Don't get a single chamber flowmaster, they're way too loud. Especially if your engine is built. I agree with MDM. Go with a 2 chamber and high flow x or h-pipe. H pipes resonate more at low RPMs. X-pipes are a little quiter but sound more exotic.
