Im stupid
 

Ok, my car threw a code, turned out it was just a wire to the driverside collant sensor that got cut(not all the way through). so after some electrical tape, the check engine light went away. Now the low collant light comes on every once and awhile, seems to be completly rendom when it comes on. could it be that i need to replace the collant sensor, or is this something that someone would have to look at see what the problem is?

butt splice the wire - the electrical tape is probably working its way loose and you are not getting a good connection, a pack of butt splices at radio shack is like 2 bucks

Didja disconnect the battery for a while to reset the computer?

Yeah the check engine light doesn't come on only the low collant, sometimes for just a second or two and sometimes it will stay on for a few minutes, I was thinking the tape wasn't holding it that well, but i hate doing electrical stuff altogether.But i will probably have to do it.
