I put a Steeda 10mm spacer on my 2000 and noticed a little better midrange throttle response. You can't really feel 2-3hp with the butt-o-meter, though. If you have the rest of the bolt-ons, it's probably worth it because it all adds up, but don't expect to notice too much with just a spacer. Just don't pay $200 for one like Paul's High Performance was charging.
