Ipod hookup question
 

I have an 05 GT built in late 04. It has the shaker 1000. I'd love to get an aux port for my ipod for it, but the car didnt come with one. The radio has the 'aux' button on it, so I was wondering is this just a matter of taking the radio out and running a wire down to the arm rest area and drilling a small hole and put the aux port there? Has anyone done something like this yet?

Also, I did check pretty well for the aux port, and I dont see one anywhere, and it doesnt mention it in the owners manual. Maybe i'm not looking in the right place lol.

Any help would be appreciated.
