jackstand positions?
 
Newbie question... When I change my oil, where should the jackstands be placed (after the car (GT '02) is raised with the jack)? I've looked in the owner's manual, the Haynes manual, and the web, all without success. Thanks in advance.

normally on the lower control arms and block the rear tires. Not sure on the stangs, tho...I haven't had to lift mine yet.

I don't know...

I bought a pair of "Rhino Ramps" for something like $40 from Pep Boys... All you have to do is drive up them. They make life real easy. ;)

Rhino ramps are good, but if your car is lowered, than you'll rip your body up. If you want, it costs about the same to make your own. This site explains how...

Once I put my new springs on, I guess I'm going to have to build an extention for a more gradual incline...

yup...it sucks...i can't even pull into my driveway straight w/out rippin that plastic guard off the bottom.
