![]() I dont know if I already posted this or not but here is goes
I own an 85 mercury capri hatchback 5.0 and it sits relly low in the rear end and when I go over bumps I can hear the rear end hitting the bump stops. I havea friend that gave me a brand new set of 93 mustang convertible 5.0 lx springs will these work on my car ------------------ 1985 ASC McLaren Capri Stock 302 block hd double valve springs port & polished stock heads with larger stanless 351 w valves holly 600 carb edelbrock performer intake mallory coil mac headers and H-pipe turbo mufflers exhaust Ford Motorsport King Cobra Clutch Adjustable clutch quad E303 cam 3.73 gears accel 9mm wires 4.6l electric fan |

![]() Not exactly a modular question but those springs will work in your 85. I have 88LX springs in my 00GT.
