Default Would steeda stage I, II & III suspension outhandle s2000?

With my car, good rubber, assuming I can drive, and Steeda stages I, II, & III suspension system.....Will my car outhandle a stock S2000?

I've driven my friends s2000 and it handles like a mofo. I made the mistake of complimenting him now, Thats all I hear from him whenever we all get talking about cars, "my car can handle this and that" bla bla bla "and it's the best" bla bla bla

As you can see it is pissing me off. SO.....

I want him to eat his words and shut the **** up

If the steeda system is not enough, What is?

try to keep $ a consideration

Sure, get the Steeda 5-link. Great start.
THen go to a few opentrack events, and learn how to drive.

You need to take into account that his car is way lighter than yours and probably just as fast.

On top of that your car is a vert. The deck is stacked against you, it can be done but it will cost a butt load of cash to get there.

Later.

It's amazing that your friend will race - I have tried to get 3 different S2000's to race me on windy roads and they never take the bait.
With all the Steeda equipment your car should handle as well as his if not slightly better. It all depends on how well you and your friend can drive. His car will be easier to drive fast due to the weight advantage - you will need to be much smoother with your weight transfer and steering input with your heavy car at the limit. The thing that will really hurt you is brakes - the S2000 has awesome brakes stock that grab like crazy and don't fade. Your brakes will overheat pretty quickly if you are pushing your car to the limit. About 6 or 8 really tight corners with small straights in between is enough to overheat the brakes on my '00. Just be ready for that if you get your car handling well because it's not a good feeling to be going hard into a corner and realize your brakes are overheated.

I just gave another reply to this other guy telling him what I thought. Go Kenny Brown,Get the level 5 +the matrix brace and some nice rubber and your friend will have a very hard time keeping up.I know those cars can handle but if u do as I say then your car will be very nice too.
