Raced a 99 GT 5-speed

I was out driving back from a friends house, and I saw a black GT like mine catching up fast in my rearview. It was right behind me in the fast lane (2lane road) and there was one car up ahead in the slow lane, a van, and it had its right blinker on, like it was going to turn at the next light, so I got in behind it so I could line up with the GT. Well, the GT goes by and it's a girl I know who has a 00 GT 5speed. She's a good driver, but the car is BONE stock. Unfortunately, she is first in line in the fast lane, but the stupid van wasn't turning, so I was stuck behind it. When the light changed, she peeled out and took off, so I went around the van (on the right, in the gutter lane, haha) and quickly caught up and smoked her bad. At the next light, she we actually lined up first, and when it went green, we eased out, and I yelled, "let's go!" She hit it first, then I did, and I pulled her like nothing up to about 85, probably about 7-8 cars, so I shut it down. At the last light, she was like "you need to teach me how to race!" I guess she forgot I wouldn't be much help to her since mine's an auto.

Oh well, it was cool to see how much quicker than stock I've made my GT. That was actually the first time since my mods I've had the chance to run a 99 or newer one.

It's fun to be able to measure how much better the car is after all the hard earned money spent on it!

Good kill man. Should of got her number, or raced for a date.

There's this Korean girl that drives a black 99 Cobra COnvert I'm trying to run up next to.

Every time I see her she's always going the other way, or if I pull up next to her I'm in a 95 Ford Ranger 4cyl auto, or a 88 Merc Cougar.

I'd like to challenge her, Loser takes the other out to dinner.

Guys, I said I know her. She went to my high school. I have her number, but this was in a different city. I like how you guys just assume she's hot too.

She could have six arms for all you know! All I said was that I knew the girl driving, and you assume all these things! You guys crack me up.
