-4.10 or 4.30 gears
-P&P 99+ heads or FRPP heads -Bullit intake or FRPP intake -99+ cams or better -free flowing exhaust The gears are the biggest help in running low ETs. There's a guy in another forum whos into high 12s with gears as his main bolt on mod. Slicks will also help.

Blower
Exhaust Gears TB and MAF Pullies 99+ cams Sub-Frame connectors Control arms hook and drive Not exactly how fast that will get you, but you'll be bookin. I highly recomend the blower over the 99+ heads. The blower will produce just as much, if not more power. It is also MUCH easier to install and requires much less wreching time. Also swaping on 99+ heads results in 11:1 compression, which can be a PITA if you live in a hot dry climate(pinging).

I second what esandes said; the 99+ heads on a 96-98 motor is a great move, cause of the higher compression. With just those and the associated pieces (cams, intake) you'll be near your goal. Gears are always good to do, and exhaust rounds out your engine combo.
