Question Low Buck SC

Is it too good to be true? In the Ford Racing Catalog, there is a Supercharger for the 4.6 that has a MSRP of $1025. Granted it only adds 55hp but if you put on some headers, off-road H, Cat-Back, etc. You could have a 380+hp pony for a few dollars. Is it too good to be true? This would keep anyone looking to stay streetable right in the zone, while shocking quite a bit of those F-Bodies that are always talking smack. At only 6# of boost, you would probably be able to run the configuration for years to come. Has anyone ever tried one of these low, buck, low boost superchargers from Ford Racing? If so, I am very interested in what you have to say. By the way, my local parts dealer is will ing to give it ot me for $925. Under a grand gives me - 6#of boost, 30# injectors, replacement ECU, replacement intake (part of the SC).
