Default Mach 1 into a 98 GT

I just wanted to post some pictures of a current project here and let you guys see what we are up to. Have fun and ask lots of questions.

how hard is that conversion and any tech tips i will be doing the same swap at the end of jan my gts engine blew the oil pump figure it will be cheaper to get a crate engine and add some horse power

Actually you may end up cheaper just doing a rebuild, but I assume that you have a V6, based of your SN. If you do have a V6, you are in for a world of trouble. You will need to update your trans, rear end, and your complete wiring harness(read: the entire car!). Ok, now that the bad news is out of the way....here's the good news..

It's very do-able. It will take alot of time and patience, but really worth it in the end. You will love the feel of the 4V pulling all the way to the 7500 redline.....

nevermind....not a V6....but still alot to change with the newer motor vs the 98 and older 4V.
