Personally I wouldn't get a cobra motor for my GT. The whole coil on plug thing worries me. I don't want to pull my valve covers if(when) I burn up a plug. Maybe its just me, but if the 2v heads work for saleen, I'm all right with them.
Besides I hears Clay Smith Engineering is working on some cams for the 2v motors. Can you say, "Sweet?"
