![]() I have a set of mac long tube headers waiting for install, I want to get a X-pipe with cats. While I am at it I might as well go with a K&N to.
I dont know Jack about the 4.6....Will the long tubes make a noticeable difference along with the X-pipe? I have heard that the DOHC 4.6 responds well to mods. How much HP do you think I would gain? I can take the LS-1's to 100 but after that they start to pull. I hope these mods will give me the HP boost that I am looking for. I guess what I am wanting to know is if it would be worth the cash. Thanks,

![]() You will walk away from Ls1's with longtubes, an offroad X, pulleys, and some damn 4.10s. With those mods, you should be mid-high 12s on drag radials.
