Post More HP with other MAF

How much improvement would one expect by changing out the stock 80mm MAF to a C&L or Pro-M on a 2001 GT?

Just guessing here but I would say about 5RWHP. I installed one on my car in June and my car is running very close to it's best that I ran back in cooler January weather.
