False! I would ask why if someone told me this; if you did, please enlighten us. Now it would be bad to use a timing adjuster to advance the timing and run nitrous but you can set the timing where ever you want - stock, advanced or retarded. It is common practice to retard the timing a slight bit depending on how high of a HP shot of nitrous you run. So, the timing adjuster can be good for nitrous users and will not be bad unless someone advances the timing while shooting.
