Well, since you said legal, I would have to say a high flow cat H pipe and 1 or 2 chamber Flowmasters. Nothing too loud, but about as good as its gonna get with cats. If you don't have emissions or visual inspection for cats, go with an offroad H-pipe and 2 chamber Flows. 1 chamber Flows will be too damn loud and will make you sound like a ricer since you won't be running 11's or anything.
