mustang top ends

I am very interested in purchasing an old 4.6L with 215hp. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what these 4.6's top out at, and what their 0-60 is. I would also like to know if these stangs make good daily drivers, and are worth buying one; or do they have a history of problems.

I had a 97 GT with stock 2.73's ( loved it) . Pushed the needle past 140 more than once. I think top end is somewhere between 142 and 147. Not quite sure. Ive read 0-60 is somewhere around 6 to 6.5 seconds. Better ride than my 99 Cobra but it has lowering springs.
