At least that is what I told my wife!!
Ok, here is the info I need. Where is the computer and how do I get to the chip? Replacing it is easy, but where is it? I don't want to start pulling out the wrong kick panel. Any do's or dont's? Thanks for answering a silly question!!

Passenger Side, Lower front kick panel by the right foot. Remove the passenger side door sill and then pry the kick panel loose, you can't miss it. It's a nice shiny aluminum box with a large wire harness on it. The install location for chip is on the opposite side of the harness, there is a small plate to unscrew. you may also want to lightly sand, rough up the terminals on it, as they come sealed lightly with a wax type compound.
