intake manifold or cam
which should i buy first a new cam or an upper/lower intake manifold???I think i'm gonna go Edelbrock for both but just wanna know which i should get first. thanks.

No point in putting a cam in with stock heads.
You will notice a modest gain from an intake of maybe 10-12 HP. Later,

If your going to go with heads that flow better than ported E7 or GT40 heads - like the Twisted Wedge, Performer, or AFR heads, get the Performer/Cobra/Street Heat intakes. If your going to stay stock E7 or GT40 head, a well ported strock lower intake will make better torque and the same power across the off-idle to 5,200rpm band.
