Default new guy here

just wanted to say thanks to john for the info today on the cam choice issue i am having. you recomended crower stage two cams. you think my lower end being stock will be ok with 86k on it? i have cl 80mm mass cl inlet tube acufab 75mm t-body cl intake phlenum underdrive pulleys superchip custom tune by jdm engineering xpipe flows 373's lowered adjustable fuel pressure reg 24lb injectors 255 fuel pump and ford racing shorty headers cobra brake conversion in all four corners.
now i am installing 04 pi heads 3 angle valve jod and a basic port and polish with these i want to add the cams and valve springs think i need the retainers with them? or foulers? thanks for answering my questions and am glad to be part of this web site now. keep the rubber hot boys!!!!!

well ordered them up today. stage 2 crower cams and valve spring kit with retainers. this with the heads should wake the ol 96 up.
