Shifter and drag radials. Don't bother with the chip. It's a waste of money. Rear upper and lower control arms would help, too. As well as subframe connectors (help to stiffen up the chassis). Quickest hp for the buck is always nitrous. Personally, if he want's to stay N/A then the PI route is the way to go. Otherwise save up for a blower. Especially a roots blower like the Saleen or Kenne Bell. Or go centrifugal with a ATI Procharger or Vortech. After he gets a blower on there, then put it on the dyno and get a chip BURNED specifically for his car/application. That's when the chip will work the best.
