AFR or TF heads???

I am stuck between the AFR heads and TF heads. I will be going with the TF-R intake. Do they make the AFR 185's to fit the 302 block? They say they are desigened for the 351W...

If I were to choose the TF heads, should I go with the Twisted wedge or track heat heads??

This car is only driven about once a week.
